EnergyLeaders offers personalized coaching, consulting, and interactive workshops aimed at supporting professionals in the energy sector.

4. Digital Products

We provide downloadable resources, online courses, templates, and other digital materials to enhance leadership skills.

5. Physical Goods

Our merchandise and printed materials are available for purchase and delivery to qualified regions.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are payable via our secure payment system. You are responsible for any applicable local charges.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

One-on-one coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Group workshops are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation requirements.

7.2 Digital Products

All digital products, including online courses and downloadable resources, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Therefore, these purchases are final and not eligible for refund. For technical issues or access problems, please contact Contact Us.

7.3 Physical Goods

Physical products may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact Contact Us for instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs for shipped-back items are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective, in which case we will cover shipping expenses.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Service appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may be accommodated at our discretion.
